Delivery Information

All shipping is carried out through Australia Post eParcel Overnight express which is a trackable overnight service within city areas.  In some instances it can take two or more nights to regional areas. (please check with Australia Post to assess which region you live in. Please contact Perfectly Smooth for tracking number if required.  Once Parcels are delivered and tracking number states parcel delivered, the parcel is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only, we are unable to deliver on a weekend.

We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia.
